Pinecrest Private School will be the first ICF educational facility to be built in NorthWest Arkansas. The owner chose to use Eco-Block ICF for the safety, energy efficiency, fire resistance, indoor air quality and the environmentally friendly aspect of the structure. This system will save the owner over 40% on the heating and cooling cost while providing superior structure that is much safer and healthier for the students that will be attending.

This is a basement/saferoom that was installed under a pool house. We used a 10in core of concrete to help support the load. You will be able to see the beam pockets we made at the top of the wall. The owner and his family will have a safe place to keep valuables from fire as well as a safe place to go if a tornado hits.
