featured project
In a joint effort with Habitat for Humanity, Smart Structures was able to build a home that was afforadable for the owner. By building a home out of Eco Block, they are able to save on the up front cost of the HVAC equipment since they can down size to a smaller unit. They will also see monthly savings on their energy bills since Insulated Concrete Forms are so Energy Efficent. This home is located in downtown Little Rock on Martin Luther King Blvd.

  Bradford Marine
July 2007
Hot Springs, AR
Architect: B & F Engineering
Developer/Owner: Bell Corley Construction

Bradford Marine needed a strong foundation to start their addition to there showroom on Lake Hamiliton in Hot Springs, AR so they chose Eco Block. We came directly off the footing with a 12 in core wall. Then on the end where it makes a 45 degree turn we used a 24in core of concrete.
